I know no one is excited about the research paper that we were assigned, considering the required length. I’m thinking it will be a little fun for me though, because every story that I have read so far I liked. I know once I finish doing my research, I will have a better understanding of whichever one I chose. My most favorite by far is “Sonny’s Blues”. Although I find it a little difficult to analyze these stories, the questions we went over in class are very helpful.

Angelle, excitement stems from knowing and I figure a lot of us don’t know hence the lack. However, the wednesday class work has helped me a lot too. I am doing “Revelation” and my first paragraph draft is almost done. I may not be excited about this research essay, but I am definitely going to give it my best shot.

I have finally read “Sonny Blues” and I can understand why you picked it. It leans heavily towards the spiritual. It’s a good thing though that you like it, because then, you can work up something on it.

I know like I said before ,,it sound exciting to do something you dis not know of doing or maybe had a clue of how to do it,,,I also need to start working on my first thoughts and start reading some of the critics papers. Hopefully it will be all good.
